Application
This machine is used for gluing, stretching, shaping and drying back of blanket, carpet, coral velvet fabric, cotton, polyester and blended fabric.

Technical characteristics
1. Building block combination, according to different product and process requirements, arbitrary combination of machine flow.
2. Working width: 1600-3200mm according to user requirements.
3. Type: horizontal drying room, needle plate stretching type, 6, 7, 8, 9 section drying oven (each section 3 meters), building block combination.
4. Working temperature: 100-135℃ (steam); 100-180℃ (heat conduction oil) or natural gas, liquefied gas, gas, etc.
5. AC frequency conversion synchronous transmission, mechanical speed: 10-50m/min according to the process setting.
6. The upper and lower overfeeding roller, the upper needle brush overfeeding, can accurately meet the different shrinkage requirements of the process.
7. Drying room adopts multi-wing circulating fan, rolled aluminum fin radiator, high thermal efficiency, uniform indoor temperature.
8. The frame adopts channel steel profile, connected into a separate circulation cavity, the top is provided with anti-drip oil device.
