GR20A series badminton bulk fiber dyeing machine is fully automatic type, through the server dyeing machine using microcomputer automatic control, the main control of the dyeing machine the following important features:
1.Efficient, high corrosion resistance of main pump system: the series of dyeing machine adopts the stainless steel mixed-flow pump.Equipped with frequency converter, dyeing can be stepless control flow. The main pump series with foot traffic, strong penetrability, stepless adjustment etc, ensure the quality of dyeing quality.
2.Automatic heating and cooling systems: in the process of the given rise by stainless steel under the cooling rate of Y type valve can be continuous in litres of temperature control, make cool more scientific and reasonable, dyeing effect more perfect.
3.Water level control system: the main cylinder automatic feeding, drainage, and through the master cylinder on the liquid level gauge, water level control in scale of technological requirements. So make the dyeing bath ratio more accurate,and can be adjusted freely according to the requirement and design the bath ratio.
4.With stirring device and the water level control.
5.Efficient built-in heat exchange system: heat exchanger are placed at the bottom of the vats, simplifies vats compact structure, save energy, reduce the production cost. Built-in heat exchange equipment in high thermal efficiency,the advantages of small temperature difference,high evenness.
6.Dyeing reversing control of positive and negative circulation system: with a compact structure, dyeing liquid more smoothly the reversing device, combined with the positive and negative circulation time automatic control, to improve the dyeing uniformity.
7.Lower than the bath (1:8), saving dyes chemical fertilizer and energy.
