Features
The main design:

Nozzle:

2.Optional steam generator is available to solve the problem of no steam.

Cage design:
1.The bottom of the cylinder is lined with Teflon tubes, and both sides are polished stainless steel mesh plates;The layout of the whole network board, the cloth water fast separation, the dye liquid fast return to the main pump, to achieve low bath ratio operation.
2.Specially designed mesh layout, no wire hook, high liquid level reflux fast.

The main pump:
All stainless steel shell, in order to meet the requirements of low bath ratio, we have developed low bath ratio, high head, and can automatically adjust the water volume and spray pressure according to the requirements of dyeing principle

Charging basket:
Can be a number of materials, can be timed quantification, to ensure the best dyeing effect
 
Automatic controller:
High degree of automation, from water, start, heating, heat preservation, cooling, washing, dosing, stirring, backwater, bucket washing, drainage, alarm, program completion can be programmed into the dyeing process for automatic control
