Technical specification
1.  Use super” mirror”φ415mm polishing roller with six grooves which made by “knick” craft, with stronger penetration, higher polishing efficiency, it is used more widely.
2. The unique design of upper and lower structure can have the fabric four times polishing just by once go through, the polishing efficiency is improved almost once time. 50% energy is saved and less land occupied.
3. One of the polishing rollers can run in two directions: forward and backward. It will be much convenient for user to adjust the colishing style.
4. This machine has two flow types to polishing the fabric: four times polishing to the right side, or two times polishing to both the right side and wrong side. It does not need to turn side the fabric. One machine will achieve different surface-polishing styles and excellent polishing effect.
5. This machine adopts inverter adjusted the speed, PLC control system and touching screen operation to ensure the stable quality. It is more automatic.
6. Expander device and tension control system, helps the feeding more smooth, no crease, no press marks and improve yield.
7. Automatic correcting device can save labor and reduce labor intensity.
8. The machine has automatic on-line function. Two machines on line is suggested, fabric will be more stereoscopic effect and glossy after polished. This two machines on-line have the same effect equal to 3 sets double rollers polishing machine, or 6 sets single roller polishing machine
